Coldforged Preview: The Hegemony of Levisha

A look at the barely held together united Hegemony of Levisha, ruled by the elite elven leaders, though fracturing from the Fey Plague they unleashed on themselves.

As the Hyran Elves moved south following the Sundering, they took on leadership roles wherever they went, regardless of if the people living there wanted them to or not. Now, they hold power by the barest of margins in a world that crumbles around them.
